There appears to be movement in this design due to its array of colour, illumination and line. The graphics on the floor suggest direction around the seating area and to the bar. The instillation on the ceiling and the mirrored diagonal lines on the floor give a sense that the two areas will converge. The variety of lines, horizontal, vertical and diagonal used on a variety of surfaces appear to make the space look busy with lots going on.

This interiors lines are wonderfully organic and fluid, produced by curved lines and shapes and varying spaces between the curves. The shiny reflective surface adds to this interior appearing fluid and liquid like.

The use of a the painted image, space, solid, line and light have created another beautiful fluid interior. In the top view the wall appears to me like a mountain range. The light provides depth, with it’s reflection giving the impression of mountains one behind the other. The bottom views painted curves and wooden batons appearing like the motion of a wave.

I would expect that each of the batons shown in the interior above has been carefully placed. The overlapping and protruding batons however give me the impression of random pieces of debris being blown by wind at high speed as they appear to go hurtling down the narrow corridor. Its impact I find very effective, dramatic and clever.

The many angles in this room creates a slightly wonky look, almost as if the walls could fall in or are being propped up from falling by the many beams, straight and angled. The back legs of the chairs further accentuates the angles and the slightly wonky feel to the room.
